Learning Bites ("the app") is provided by High Growth Engineer LLC ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The service

The app delivers short daily lessons on topics you select, with spaced-repetition practice and progress tracking. The lesson body is generated by AI models. Lessons are intended to be informational, not authoritative; for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions, consult a qualified professional.

Subscription and free trial

The app offers a 7-day free trial that begins on Sign in with Apple. After the trial, access requires an active subscription: $7 / month or $59 / year.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. To cancel, open iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refund policy is governed by Apple's standard App Store rules.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the app or backend.
• Use the app to generate content that violates Apple's App Store guidelines.
• Submit topics designed to exploit the AI lesson generator (prompt injection, attempts to exfiltrate other users' data, attempts to produce illegal or harmful content).

Intellectual property

The app, brand, design, and any pre-generated lesson catalog are owned by High Growth Engineer LLC and licensed to you for personal use. AI-generated lessons created in response to your topic selections are yours to read and reference; they are not yours to redistribute commercially.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". High Growth Engineer LLC makes no warranty that the AI-generated lesson content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Growth Engineer LLC's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced inside the app and via the transactional email address on your Apple Sign In record. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
